About the role

  • Lead strategic alignment between business and technology
  • Promote the development of the Software Development Hub
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture across the business, information, application, technology, and security domains
  • Ensure encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Work with business and IT teams to define technology strategies
  • Perform security risk assessments and identify system vulnerabilities
  • Design and oversee system integrations to ensure smooth data flow
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date enterprise architecture documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve architecture and security processes

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong experience in systems architecture, integration, infrastructure, and IT governance
  • Experience in strategic planning and technology portfolio management
  • Experience with architecture frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, C4 Model
  • Experience with modeling tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect, Archi, Visual Paradigm
  • Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies
  • Experience in system integration (APIs, ESB, SOA, microservices)
  • Experience in information security and compliance (LGPD, ISO 27001)
  • Systemic thinking and a strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical leadership and the ability to influence both business and IT areas
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize complex initiatives
  • Advanced English
