About the role
- Arquiteto(a) desenvolvendo projetos executivos de arquitetura na STUDIO CONCEITO ARQUITETURA. Responsável pela compatibilização de projetos e utilização do Revit na criação de projetos.
Responsibilities
- Development of detailed executive architectural projects with attention to detail and technical quality.
- Coordination of complementary disciplines (structural, hydraulic/plumbing, electrical, among others), ensuring all disciplines are aligned.
- Use of Revit to create and detail projects with high precision and efficiency.
- Monitoring and support throughout all project phases, from concept to construction, ensuring deadlines and established standards are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing executive architectural projects.
- Experience coordinating complementary disciplines.
- Proficiency in Revit and speed in using the tool.
- Submission of a portfolio showcasing completed executive projects.
- Experience in construction (executive) projects is desirable, although experience in other architectural areas will also be considered.
