About the role
- Provide support to end-users of the Kantata and Concur applications
- Provide technical knowledge in the applications to support
- Solves problems in straightforward situations where analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors; exercises judgment within defined methods and practices to determine appropriate action
- Manages data integration, maintenance, user, and access controls based on business guidelines and policies.
- Directly interacts with the vendor for potential issues, problems, upgrades/releases.
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
- Perform system configuration and setup based on business requirements
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs between Kantata, Concur, and other systems
- Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides
- Assist in testing activities for system enhancements, patches, and upgrades
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
- Provide training or knowledge transfer to end users and team members
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements for application access and data handling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and project deliverables
