Responsibilities

Provide support to end-users of the Kantata and Concur applications
Provide technical knowledge in the applications to support
Solves problems in straightforward situations where analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors; exercises judgment within defined methods and practices to determine appropriate action
Manages data integration, maintenance, user, and access controls based on business guidelines and policies.
Directly interacts with the vendor for potential issues, problems, upgrades/releases.
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
Perform system configuration and setup based on business requirements
Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs between Kantata, Concur, and other systems
Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides
Assist in testing activities for system enhancements, patches, and upgrades
Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
Provide training or knowledge transfer to end users and team members
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience
Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements for application access and data handling
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and project deliverables
