Responsibilities

• Provide support to end-users of the Kantata and Concur applications
• Provide technical knowledge in the applications to support
• Solves problems in straightforward situations where analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors; exercises judgment within defined methods and practices to determine appropriate action
• Manages data integration, maintenance, user, and access controls based on business guidelines and policies.
• Directly interacts with the vendor for potential issues, problems, upgrades/releases.
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
• Perform system configuration and setup based on business requirements
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs between Kantata, Concur, and other systems
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides
• Assist in testing activities for system enhancements, patches, and upgrades
• Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
• Provide training or knowledge transfer to end users and team members
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience
• Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements for application access and data handling
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and project deliverables
