- Establish CI/CD best practices using Jenkins and Bitbucket, creating streamlined deployment pipelines that accelerate delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Identify skill gaps within your team and develop comprehensive upskilling programs that enhance individual capabilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with other engineering leads to establish standards and best practices that scale across multiple teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and automation
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience is required
- Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation and tooling
- Extensive experience with Ansible for configuration management and orchestration
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins
- Proficient in Git version control and collaborative development workflows
- Experience with Bitbucket for code repository management and code reviews
- Working knowledge of Jira for project management and issue tracking
- Deep understanding of infrastructure automation principles and best practices
- Experience with Arista network automation, CloudVision Portal (CVP), and Arista Validated Designs (AVD) - Nice to have
- Knowledge of network infrastructure automation and software-defined networking concepts
