Requirements
- Strong technical background in full stack Javascript development (ideally Node and React)\nProven experience defining technology vision and architecture\nTrack record of identifying opportunities to optimise and enhance systems and processes\nHands on experience in improving team productivity, morale and overall efficiency\nBackground in resilience and security by design\nPassion for developing talent and fostering a product-based mindset\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (Ideally Azure) and source control platforms (such as GHE)\nFamiliarity with DevOps tooling, including continuous integration pipelines and containerisation
