Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in engineering leadership or technical management
- 5+ years of frontend or mobile engineering experience
- Deep expertise in Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
- Demonstrated success delivering cross-platform products
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns
- Proven experience collaborating with backend, product, and design stakeholders
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience managing in Agile/Scrum environments
