- Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven culture where engineers are empowered to innovate and solve complex technical challenges
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Expertise in C# and .NET
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-based deployments
- Experience with performance optimization, multi-threading, and scalable architecture design
- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
