- providing solution orientated advice to utilities, international energy companies, financial institutions, private equity, infrastructure funds, sponsors and government.
Requirements
- have a strong knowledge of LMA based facility agreements and intercreditor agreements;
- be confident in taking the lead on the production and negotiation of security documents and other ancillary finance documents; and
- be comfortable managing and mentoring junior members of the team.
