Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related science

- Hands-on experience with field inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with utility billing analysis, ASHRAE standards, NYC Local Laws related to energy and climate (LLs 84, 87, 95, and 97)
