Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification is a plus
3+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations, investigations, and labor law compliance
Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations
Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and resolve workplace disputes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in labor relations or working in a unionized environment (if applicable)
Experience in conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee conflicts
Ability to navigate cultural nuances and work effectively across different organizational levels
