About the role

  • Providing speedy customer service across a range of e-Commerce platforms (i.e website, eBay, Amazon, accounts)
  • Processing and despatching orders on various platforms each day
  • Continuous customer liaison to keep them up to date regarding deliveries
  • Managing new projects for new enquiries
  • Working with online sales manager to ensure various areas of the online business are up to date and regularly developing to continue growth in sales and traffic online
  • Opportunity to grow within the online business supporting in areas such as copywriting, market research, marketing and telesales
