Responsibilities

  • Analyze and scope requirements to align with business objectives, prioritizing features to deliver minimum viable products.
  • Design scalable, modular software architectures ensuring performance, reliability, and security across distributed systems.
  • Develop clean, maintainable code following industry standards and optimize applications for usability and cost efficiency.
  • Lead testing strategies, including test case development and execution, to ensure comprehensive coverage and defect resolution.
  • Manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines, monitoring program metrics to maintain application health.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve defects, enhancing product functionality and security.
  • Guide teams on technical decisions, fostering innovation and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in full stack development and cloud-native computing.
  • Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, modular, and secure software architectures aligned with business objectives.
  • Skilled in coding standards, multiple programming languages, and frameworks to deliver maintainable, testable code.
  • Experience driving testing strategies, root cause analysis, and defect management to ensure high-quality software.
