Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and data analysts to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Develop and execute a strategic vision for self-serve reporting and analytics tools, to improve data accessibility, intelligibility, and usability.
Collaborate with business executives and technology leaders to understand their reporting and analytics needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Drive the development and enhancement of reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all reports and data products delivered by the team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of reporting solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data product management and reporting solutions.
Requirements
12+ years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in data product management, with a focus on reporting solutions.
Extensive experience with analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, Micro Strategy, etc.) in an enterprise environment
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data visualization tools, reporting platforms, and data analytics.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
