Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the companys IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide a forward-looking technology vision that supports innovation, scalability, and growth.
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of robust, secure, and scalable IT systems including cloud environments, networks, endpoints, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure system performance, high availability, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Establish and continuously enhance security frameworks, protocols, and tools to safeguard company data, networks, and systems.
- Monitor evolving threats, lead incident response efforts, and foster a security-first mindset across the organization.
- Develop and uphold IT policies and controls aligned with key regulatory and industry standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS).
- Manage internal and external audits and drive timely remediation of compliance findings.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology solutions effectively support operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with focus on infrastructure, security, and compliance
- Proven success leading IT operations in a mid-sized, growth-oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing enterprise-level security programs and compliance frameworks
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure and enterprise technology architecture
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
