Responsibilities
Work 100% digitally, conducting consultative, personalized sales
Guide the client from first contact through post-sale support
Plan your day based on targets and KPIs
Organize your lead list and keep the CRM up to date
Make proactive contacts via WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone
Execute strategic follow-ups to advance negotiations
Use a consultative approach to understand the client's profile and pain points
Present proposals clearly and persuasively
Handle objections and negotiate through to closing
Formalize sales and record all details accurately in the CRM
Work on post-sale activities to ensure satisfaction and propose upgrades or renewals
Requirements
Experience in consultative sales
