Develop media strategies for awareness (brand awareness) and branding campaigns aligned with clients' objectives.
Plan and manage campaigns across digital channels such as social media, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, and others.
Lead the creation of media plans that maximize brand presence at the top of the funnel, focusing on lead acquisition and building a qualified audience.
Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure optimized performance while respecting the defined budget.
Collaborate with creative, content, and planning teams to ensure integrated campaigns aligned with clients' KPIs.
Analyze performance data and prepare reports with insights to optimize future strategies.
Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and new media platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience managing digital campaigns focused on the top of the funnel in an advertising agency or similar environment.
Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic media platforms, and Analytics.
Familiarity with TGI, Comscore, Ad Insights.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
Experience in branding and building digital brands.
Basic knowledge of offline media (such as TV, radio, and OOH) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Collaborative and proactive profile, with a focus on innovation and results.
