About the role

• DevOps Engineer optimally utilizing cloud platforms and automation tools at Magnum Tires. Facilitating CI/CD processes and collaborating with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines, integrated into the .NET Core development lifecycle and Docker containerization.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalability, resilience and operational efficiency (GKE, Load Balancer, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, among others).
• Configure and manage container runtime environments using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Collaborate with backend and frontend development teams to ensure consistent, secure and high-performance deliveries.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure with native GCP tools, proposing continuous improvements in performance, stability and cost.
• Support secure and controlled deployment strategies (such as Blue-Green Deployment) and fast rollback procedures.
• Implement and promote best practices for security, observability and compliance in production environments.
• Manage permissions and access policies (IAM) for cloud resources and code repositories.
• Act as a DevOps culture champion, promoting automation, integration and continuous improvement across the development and operations lifecycle.

Requirements

• High school diploma;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related areas;
• Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), working on environment automation, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, preferably in contexts using .NET Core;
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, IAM, Load Balancing;
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration: Docker (images, volumes, networks) and Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of CI/CD and repositories: Bitbucket, Git, pipeline automation and version control;
• Best practices in security, scalability, high availability and monitoring.
