- Posouvání technických standardů a kvality projektů v DevOps oblasti
- Mentoring kolegů a poskytování technického feedbacku
- Návrh a řízení architektury pro škálovatelnou a robustní infrastrukturu
- Automatizace nasazování (CI/CD, GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Rozvoj observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry)
- Identifikace oblastí pro zlepšení a investice do údržby, která přináší dlouhodobou hodnotu
- Řešení překážek v týmu a efektivní koordinace práce napříč komunitami
- Spolupráce s developery a tradery – převod jejich potřeb do spolehlivých technických řešení
- Aktivní účast na směřování interní DevOps strategie a toolingů
Requirements
- Máte zkušenost s vedením technických iniciativ nebo týmů
- Umíte nastavovat standardy, ale i pomoci s hands-on řešením problémů
- Zvládáte komunikaci napříč týmy, dobré je umět naslouchat ale i rozhodnout
- Baví vás učit ostatní, poskytovat konstruktivní feedback a posouvat tým jako celek
- Máte hluboké znalosti DevOps stacku – Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, monitoring, cloud
- Dokážete skloubit dlouhodobou vizi s každodenními prioritami
