About the role

  • Develop tools, flows and methodologies to support silicon debug operations in the FIFA lab
  • Enable deployment of EDA tools such as Synopsys Avalon/SysNav
  • Develop capabilities in and around EDA Tools
  • Develop die, wafer and package level debug capabilities for foundry
  • Develop tools to analyze sort and class failures to support process and product development
  • Webapp development and support
  • Develop new image processing methods for yield applications
  • Find innovative solutions to problems
  • Ensure code quality to enable deployment in a production environment
  • Work closely with a talented group of engineers to advance Intel's march along IDM 2.0

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related degrees with a software focus
  • 6 months experience in Programming (C/C++/Python) and Linux environment
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in CAD tool development
  • Familiarity with design and validation tools and flows by external vendors (e.g. Synopsys, Siemens)
  • Experience in React.js, React hook, and component-based architecture
  • Experience in Javascript, familiarity with latest Ecmascript versions
  • QT programming
  • Implementing efficient data structures for software tool development
  • Implementing efficient (runtime and memory) algorithms to solve CAD problems
  • Numerical algorithm design
  • Computational geometry algorithms
