- Publish monthly newsletters to keep the community informed
- Manage Developer Experience (DevEx) surveys

- Develop best practices for managing external dependencies
- Build frontend and backend templates
- Oversee rule management for internally used tools
- Serve as a subject matter expert on developer productivity tools
- Advise engineering teams on using internal frameworks and tools
- Organize training initiatives, including tech talks and coding workshops
Requirements
- Extensive software engineering background with 7+ years of professional development experience
- Proven track record of technical leadership
- Strong facilitation and community-building skills
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
