About the role

  • Developing scalable applications for Who Tech, focusing on impact and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Engaging in agile practices and maintaining application quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute technical tasks with the team, focusing on real impact.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance applications.
  • Design and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality from the start.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, raise and apply engineering best practices.
  • Document features and technical flows clearly so knowledge is shared across the team.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, take part in agile ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with a focus on development.
  • Significant hands-on experience with at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Strong experience developing REST APIs and an understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Git (version control) and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of information security and a desire to stay current with new technical trends.
  • Business-oriented mindset: you understand client processes and needs, participate in defining requirements, and translate those needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, the ability to work closely with the business, and a capacity to propose improvements.
