About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute technical tasks with the team, focusing on real impact.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance applications.
- Design and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality from the start.
- Actively participate in code reviews, raise and apply engineering best practices.
- Document features and technical flows clearly so knowledge is shared across the team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, take part in agile ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field with a focus on development.
- Significant hands-on experience with at least one of the following languages: C#, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and an understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with Git (version control) and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of information security and a desire to stay current with new technical trends.
- Business-oriented mindset: you understand client processes and needs, participate in defining requirements, and translate those needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, the ability to work closely with the business, and a capacity to propose improvements.
