About the role

  • Design and execute assets for digital, print, and OOH (Out-of-Home) media, supporting advertising and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of brand identity and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Adapt and apply brand guidelines consistently across various formats, including web, display ads, OOH, corporate collateral, and event materials.
  • Design and develop event collateral, including booth concepts and artwork, ensuring they align with the overall brand and campaign objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to deliver engaging and effective visual solutions.
  • Manage design files and assets, ensuring they are production-ready and meet quality standards.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while meeting team objectives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to digital best practices and are optimized for various platforms, including digital marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp).

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency or B2B setting.
  • Proven experience in producing brand and campaign assets, including pre-production for both print and digital deliverables.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design work across multiple mediums, with a focus on brand consistency, campaigns, and event collateral.
  • Experience in design project management, handling multiple deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
