Requirements
BA/BS in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Multimedia Design degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience designing and delivering brand-compliant B2B presentations, reports, and marketing materials, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
Proven expertise in graphic design, data visualisation, motion graphics, and basic video/animation editing, with a strong foundation in creative concept development and execution.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects for basic video/animation).
A solid understanding of business context and corporate objectives, allowing you to design with purpose and strategy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
A self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively with the team while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
