Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Design Practice Ecosystem portal as product and platform owner
define roadmap, prioritize backlog, lead user experience (UX) and content strategy
drive continuous improvement to increase self-service adoption and reduce support volume
Architect and manage integrations between the portal and the existing ticketing system
define data models, API/integration patterns, and ensure architectural compliance with enterprise standards
Lead requirements discovery and process design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
collect, analyze, reconcile, and document business and technical requirements
Drive solution delivery
coordinate testing, validation, cutover planning, training, and change management
establish governance, documentation, and knowledge management practices
Requirements
5+ years’ experience owning or delivering enterprise portals, self‑service platforms, or knowledge bases
Proven experience with ticketing/IT service management platforms and integrations
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts: incident, problem, change, and CMDB workflows
demonstrated product ownership skills
solid UX awareness for designing intuitive portal experiences and knowledge architectures
practical experience in requirements workshops, process design, and translating business needs into acceptance criteria and test plans
bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
