About the role
- Design Practices Business Process Analyst responsible for enhancing design portals at Boeing. Leading projects on UX strategy, integrations, and continuous improvements with enterprise-level responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Design Practice Ecosystem portal as product and platform owner
- define roadmap, prioritize backlog, lead user experience (UX) and content strategy
- drive continuous improvement to increase self-service adoption and reduce support volume
- Architect and manage integrations between the portal and the existing ticketing system
- define data models, API/integration patterns, and ensure architectural compliance with enterprise standards
- Lead requirements discovery and process design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- collect, analyze, reconcile, and document business and technical requirements
- Drive solution delivery
- coordinate testing, validation, cutover planning, training, and change management
- establish governance, documentation, and knowledge management practices
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience owning or delivering enterprise portals, self‑service platforms, or knowledge bases
- Proven experience with ticketing/IT service management platforms and integrations
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts: incident, problem, change, and CMDB workflows
- demonstrated product ownership skills
- solid UX awareness for designing intuitive portal experiences and knowledge architectures
- practical experience in requirements workshops, process design, and translating business needs into acceptance criteria and test plans
- bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
