About the role
- Senior Business Analyst focusing on end-to-end Trade-In processes for electronics in a dynamic environment. Collaborating with business and tech teams while ensuring quality and clarity in deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements with business stakeholders.
- Map and optimize Trade-In workflows (receipt, assessment, reverse logistics, and credit).
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Act as a facilitator between stakeholders, product, and the technical team.
- Execute and support QA activities, including functional testing, regression, UAT, and integration validation.
- Ensure end-to-end quality of deliverables.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, and refinement).
- Keep technical and functional documentation up to date (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
- Interact with international stakeholders, ensuring effective communication in English.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Mandatory experience with mobile Trade-In (end-to-end process).
- Experience with testing and QA, with the ability to perform QA tasks when required.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Advanced Excel, and process modeling (BPMN, Visio, or Bizagi).
