Responsibilities
Partners with business teams to design and implement moderately complex data-centric and value-added systems and solutions that enable business outcomes.
Develops moderately complex value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives of moderate complexity.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements.
Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs.
Liaises between IT and Product Management for data solutions.
Develops and implements moderately complex enterprise-wide data integration strategies that utilize various data-marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting.
Consults with limited guidance from Principal on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings.
Manages data from multiple sources and uses project management skills to complete moderately complex projects with minimal coaching and guidance.
Troubleshoots data issues and devises creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of related experience required.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses strong technical aptitude.
Intermediate experience with: SQL or similar, dimensional modeling, pipeline orchestration, building data pipelines to transform data, and BI visualizations.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents.
Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty.
