Responsibilities
Perform ETL processes (extract, transform, load);
Work on data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques;

Manage databases following best practices;
Collaborate with different data roles (analysts, other engineers, data scientists, and business analysts);
Participate in the Data Engineers Chapter, encouraging and promoting a data-driven culture across colleagues and operational teams;
Maintain necessary documentation for deliverables;
Continuously develop technical skills;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related areas;
Analytical thinking;
Strong writing, synthesis, and communication skills;
Knowledge and experience in the credit market;
Experience with programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Spark, SQL, and SAS;
Experience with Databricks for building and managing big data pipelines;
Proficiency in data modeling techniques to design efficient data schemas;
Intermediate English preferred;
