About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop graphical analyses and create KPIs and strategic indicators using Power BI dashboards;
- Structure, organize, and process large volumes of information, identifying patterns, trends, and business opportunities;
- Ensure data governance, quality, and integrity across data integrations and reports, promoting automation and best practices;
- Serve as the technical reference for the BI team, supporting the resolution of complex issues and addressing strategic requests;
- Maintain and enhance critical dashboards, ensuring performance and scalability;
- Create, document, and maintain data models, with a deep understanding of the company’s business rules and data architecture;
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary projects, collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience (minimum 5 years) with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query, with advanced proficiency;
- Advanced proficiency in SQL;
- Proven experience in ETL processes and data modeling (Apache HOP/Pentaho preferred);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for supplementary analyses;
- Plus: experience with other BI tools, cloud data platforms, and data process automation.
