About the role

  • Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing insights into effectiveness and ROI
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both product and marketing teams
  • Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize product features and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Perform customer segmentation analysis to better understand user behavior and target marketing efforts
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience and increase customer engagement
  • Utilize statistical methods and tools to identify and predict trends in product usage and market response
  • Communicate findings and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in product and marketing analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on both product and marketing analytics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, or similar
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights
  • Experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling is a plus.
  • Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies is a plus.
