About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational and management reports (local and regional) using BI tools and SQL databases.
- Automate report generation processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Produce data analyses and KPIs to support strategic decision-making for operational areas.
- Execute weekly and monthly call forecasts based on historical data and trends.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of reported data (data quality control).
- Respond to requests from the planning and operations teams, meeting defined deadlines and standards.
- Actively participate in meetings with regional teams and countries across Latin America.
- Call center experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in call center planning (forecasting, staffing/dimensioning, and performance analysis).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Datamarshall, or MIS role.
- Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
- Advanced SQL knowledge for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar).
- Intermediate knowledge of VBA and Microsoft Access.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex data clearly.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.
- Experience with automated ETL routines.
- Intermediate Spanish for communication with regional stakeholders.
