Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, gathering requirements and defining the most relevant KPIs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor strategic indicators.
- Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and to answer complex business questions.
- Maintain and enrich our metrics glossary, ensuring documentation is clear and accessible to everyone.
- Help build and evolve our semantic model, ensuring a single source of truth for analyses.
- Enable and train business users on BI tools, promoting autonomy and a self-service culture.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of presented information, serving as a guardian of trust in the data.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or in roles focused on data analysis and visualization.
- Advanced SQL skills for manipulating and querying large volumes of data.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements and analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data simply to different audiences.
- Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI and Looker (including LookML) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Google BigQuery is a plus.
