About the role
- Cybersecurity Engineer focusing on security policies and risk management for Agicap's data protection in a dynamic environment. Collaborating with teams to ensure compliance and manage incidents.
Responsibilities
- Implement the security projects on our roadmap
- Maintain and improve our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and uphold our ISO27001 certification
- Identify, assess and manage risks related to information systems security
- Oversee and conduct internal and external audits
- Ensure access control across the various applications used internally
- Manage security incidents as well as business continuity and disaster recovery incidents
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience in GRC
- You have participated in compliance implementation programs (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.)
- You are fluent in English
- You are an effective communicator—enthusiastic and pedagogical—capable of sharing your knowledge and supporting colleagues
- You are organized and analytical, and demonstrate a high level of rigor
- Familiarity with standards and frameworks specific to the financial sector is a plus (SWIFT, DORA, …)
