Customer Success Assistant ensuring positive client experiences for Eletromidia's advertising platform. Engaging clients and updating CRM while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Ensure a positive experience from the first contact, welcoming and guiding potential Aqui Ads customers via the CRM.
Support customers who purchased autonomously through the website, helping resolve basic questions about the platform and active campaigns.
Qualify inbound leads (via email, WhatsApp, chat, phone, or Google Meet), understanding their needs and routing them to the most appropriate sales flow.
Update the CRM (HubSpot) with relevant information about opportunities, interactions, and customer history.
Curate and enrich the company and business database, providing insights that support the commercial team.
Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to continuously improve lead quality, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen the customer journey within the platform.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, engaging, and consultative).
Agile, proactive, and driven profile with initiative to propose improvements.
Previous experience in customer service, pre-sales (SDR), customer success, or related areas is a plus.
Proactive, dynamic, curious, and passionate about customer relationships.
Willingness to learn and grow continuously.
