About the role

Independent responsibility for managing workout and restructuring engagements in the commercial corporate client segment
Analysis of restructuring reports, financial statements and debt service capacity
Development and implementation of viable restructuring strategies and workout plans
Close collaboration with corporate relationship managers, operations/credit monitoring and the executive board
Support in credit decisions and negotiations with clients, advisors and legal representatives
Monitoring of early warning indicators and risk positions for active management of the corporate loan portfolio

Requirements

A banking qualification or a degree in economics/business administration, supplemented by solid experience in workout, restructuring or credit risk management
Confident handling of financial statement analysis, risk assessment and credit decision processes
Knowledge of insolvency law, credit law and corporate restructuring
Strong communication skills, negotiation confidence and assertiveness — also in difficult conversations
Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for analytical challenges
