Responsibilities

  • Manage the creative strategy and execution for one or more brands
  • Oversee marketing materials, visual asset management, and quality control
  • Lead a team of Designers and collaborate with copy writers and project managers
  • Partner with marketing and industrial design teams
  • Participate in training sessions on AI tools and lead team development
  • Ensure adherence to brand style guides across various media
  • Utilize and automate designs with AI tools for efficiency
  • Translate briefs and maintain solid relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Engage with subject matter experts for best practices

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in graphic design, art or related field
  • 7-12+ years of experience in a creative/graphic design position
  • 3+ years of experience leading the development and execution of multi-channel content
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Professional experience with asset production from 3D modeling tools
  • Well-versed in design workflows utilizing Generative AI tools
  • Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and development strategies
  • Ability to travel as needed
