About the role
- Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer optimizing the merchandising needs through communication and stocking. Engaging with in-store employees and maintaining displays for leading snack brands.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves
- Construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from Tallahassee, FL
