About the role

  • Creative Head leading the creation of culturally relevant campaigns for notable brands. Driving strategic collaboration with planning and media teams to enhance storytelling and aesthetic coherence.

Responsibilities

  • Activities in the team: Work model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week (near Shopping Eldorado, São Paulo – SP)
  • Contract type: PJ (contractor)
  • We are looking for a creative leader to serve as Head of Creative in the Beauty hub, ensuring powerful, contemporary and culturally relevant deliverables.
  • A leader who transforms real insights and trends into consistent, vibrant narratives with a strong social presence.
  • This person will be the guardian of brand narratives, ensuring that each campaign translates purpose, aesthetics and behavior into lively conversations.
  • Will operate both hands-on and strategically, in constant partnership with planning, BI and media, to align creative vision, data and results — elevating craft, storytelling and aesthetic coherence across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Lead the team in creating 360° campaigns, creative concepts and PR-able big ideas, focusing on cultural impact and narrative consistency.
  • Ensure ideas are powerful, contemporary and sustainable across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Work side-by-side with planning, BI and media, integrating creative vision with insights and strategic data.
  • Refine decks, campaigns and presentations, ensuring aesthetic and narrative excellence.
  • Be actively involved in key creation and review moments, inspiring and guiding the team.
  • Lead brainstorms that challenge the group to explore new ways of thinking, creating and connecting culture with business.
  • Oversee productions (shoots, films, activations and PR experiences), ensuring visual quality and brand coherence.
  • Inspire and mentor copywriters, art directors and community managers, fostering repertoire and autonomy.
  • Defend ideas to clients with clarity and strategic backing.
  • Work cross-functionally with production, planning, BI and media to amplify impact and results.
  • Strong background in fashion, beauty, consumer behavior and digital culture.
  • Proven experience in integrated and PR-able campaigns, with a strong social media presence.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into creative, relevant narratives.
  • Strategic, collaborative and inspiring profile, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Hands-on energy, leading the team by example.
  • Keen aesthetic sense and mastery of social platforms and languages (TikTok, Instagram, X, Pinterest).
