Responsibilities

  • Own the full A/B testing lifecycle: ideation, setup, execution, analysis, and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, and IT teams to implement test ideas efficiently
  • Write clear user stories and technical tasks for developers, with defined success criteria
  • Own and maintain the analytics setup across multiple websites
  • Perform funnel and competitor analysis to inform testing opportunities
  • Use web analytics tools to generate actionable insights and prioritize test ideas
  • Draw actionable insights from test results and create a library of documented learnings
  • Prioritize and run tests that contribute to conversion improvements and business growth

Requirements

  • Experience in Conversion Optimization, digital experimentation, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Matomo)
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and user behavior metrics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, testable ideas
  • Comfortable writing technical specs or user stories for development teams
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and confident in making decisions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
