About the role
- Controller Assistant managing automation projects and financial control reports in a digital business company. Supporting the Head of Controlling and Reporting in a dynamic international team.
Responsibilities
- Planning, management, and control of automation projects to improve internal processes.
- Configuration and Implementation of new technological tools for the department.
- Provide up-to-date information on the internal monthly reporting relating to projects.
- Analysis and resolution of internal bugs, or reporting of bugs to the corresponding technical department.
- Generation and update of internal manuals related to processes and finance tools.
- Construction and maintenance of reports in the FP&A tool.
- Support for the month-end numbers calculation.
- Support in gathering information during audits.
Requirements
- Experience with open ERPs (experience with Odoo will be valued)
- The ability to understand and navigate a complex, relationship-based matrix organization to achieve key objectives.
- Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Able to handle confidential information.
