About the role

  • Review, draft and manage district heating supply, operator lease and end-customer contracts.
  • Process amendments, addenda, contract terminations and objections.
  • Act as the link between Sales, Billing Management and the Legal Department.
  • Responsible for handling and securing property matters, e.g., plant ownership and pipeline rights for district heating networks.
  • Manage and document property and plant rights granted to the Danpower Group.
  • Ensure proper filing, digitization and archiving of contract documents.
  • Support distribution and dispatch of signed contracts.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk or legal assistant) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of professional experience in contract management—ideally in the energy sector or a technically oriented environment.
  • Solid knowledge of contract law, district heating supply or energy industry topics.
  • Comfortable with direct customer contact.
  • Confident user of CRM systems (ideally SuperOffice) and MS Office programs.
