Responsibilities
Review, draft and manage, among others, heat supply contracts, operator and lease agreements, as well as end-customer contracts
Handle amendments, addenda, contract terminations and objections
Act as a liaison between Sales, Billing Management and the Legal Department
Responsible for processing and securing property-related matters
Manage and document the property and plant rights granted to the Danpower Group
Ensure proper filing, digitization and archiving of contract documents
System administration of the contract management software
Support distribution and dispatch of signed contracts
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk or legal assistant) or comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience in contract management, ideally in the energy sector or a technology-related environment
Solid knowledge of contract law, heat supply and energy industry topics
Experienced in direct customer contact
Confident user of CRM systems (ideally SuperOffice) and MS Office programs
