Responsibilities
- The advanced associate carries out quality assurance reviews with a greater degree of independence, evaluating more detailed aspects of content such as clarity, functionality of digital assets, and alignment with expected standards.
- This role supports content projects by resolving routine issues, recommending corrections to content teams, and maintaining clear records of findings.
- The individual collaborates across functions to ensure timely progress and has some autonomy in troubleshooting straightforward content discrepancies, escalating complex concerns as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven ability to perform hands on Accessibility testing using various assistive technologies.
- Expert knowledge of WCAG guidelines and success criteria for proper testing and reporting outcomes.
- Capable and motivated to coordinate with Developer & Engineering teams, to provide support and code level advice to resolve issues.
- Critical thinker, able to perform data driven analysis for triaging complex issues, designing solutions, and supporting fix implementation.
- Ability to validate accuracy of reporting performance on work performed by other teammates, and providing feedback for improvement.
- Collaborative and eager to learn and share knowledge.
- Certifications desired CPACC, WAS, or CPWA
