Requirements
- Experience in leading IT/software projects or in the technical implementation of software solutions
- Basic technical understanding and an interest in complex systems
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and customer orientation
- Ideally, experience in process consulting and/or system integration
- Business-fluent German and fluent English
