About the role
- Consultant for ERP implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM at an international IT consultancy. Analyzing customer requirements and developing strategic solutions for supply chain optimization.
Responsibilities
- Consulting clients on complex ERP implementations in D365 F&SCM
- Analyzing customer requirements and creating technical concepts and detailed specifications based on overarching project objectives
- Developing and presenting target concepts, implementation strategies, and system solutions together with customers and functional consultants
- Assessing additional uses of standard software to optimize processes across the supply chain
- Conducting end-user trainings and providing functional advice and support to key users throughout the project
- Supporting program adjustments in close collaboration with development and actively participating in pre-sales activities
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an ERP consultant or in a comparable role with a focus on logistics, procurement, sales, quality management, or data migration
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&SCM or comparable ERP systems
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is an advantage: discrete manufacturing, process industry, textile industry
- Strong understanding of operational and strategic processes in procurement, sales, and logistics execution
- Very good German and English skills (minimum C1)
- Excellent communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
