Partner and engage with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand their learning and skills needs and serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the business on learning and skills initiatives.
Manage learning solutions projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate across the Learning CoE and partner colleagues from learning teams in the business/functions and from across P&O and Novartis enterprise to build, deploy, and embed learning solutions for learner engagement, effectiveness, and impact.
Leverage learning analytics and other insights to ensure that learning solutions are reviewed periodically for continuous improvement.
Provide learning and skills consultation and expertise on strategic projects and initiatives as agreed with project sponsors and/or Global Head of Growth and Upskilling
Requirements
Proven ability to design and launch learning and skills initiatives across multiple regions, always with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
Skilled in driving change and shifting mindsets among leaders, stakeholders, and associates to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Experience collaborating with business and functional teams to shape and deliver strategic capabilities, skills, and learning programs.
Hands-on experience with learning and talent technologies (such as T/LXP, LMS, skills and testing systems) to create and implement global learning and capability-building solutions.
Proficient in using HR analytics, learning analytics, and talent data to inform and enhance learning strategies.
Extensive background in corporate training, learning, or leadership development within complex, matrixed organizations.
Adept at connecting and collaborating with a worldwide network of learning and skills practitioners.
Success in curating and embedding relevant learning content into business-specific initiatives to meet unique organizational needs.
