About the role
- Coordination of external contractors: planning, control and quality assurance from initial deployment to activation
- Communication with property owners & property managers: address technical questions and drive solutions
- Project management: oversee schedules, budgets, milestones and risks
- Quality & documentation: ensure installation records, asset documentation and compliance with standards
- Troubleshooting: identify technical issues early and resolve them sustainably
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in civil engineering, electrical trades, telecommunications, or equivalent
- Initial experience in FTTx / network layer 3/4 environments or in technical project management
- Experience with provisioning and customer service processes at telco or utility companies desirable
- Structured working style, technical understanding, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
