About the role

Responsibilities
- Company incorporations for clients
- Preparation and submission of licensing applications in Switzerland and Dubai
- Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal, and compliance matters
- Acting as AML Officer within the scope of outsourcing mandates
- Implementation of RegTech software for clients
- Drafting and reviewing policies and conducting trainings
- Coordination with supervisory authorities
- Contributing to the development of JayBee and bringing ideas for our shared success
Requirements
- University degree or higher education in Law and/or Compliance
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of financial market law (in particular GwG, GwV-FINMA, SRO, VSB20)
- Fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
