Responsibilities
Conduct monthly audits of active nonprofit members to ensure adherence to Good360 policies and requirements.
Document audit findings, prepare reports and escalate issues of concern or potential noncompliance.
Review and vet member accounts to confirm the accuracy and completeness of information and required documentation.
Maintain and update partner account records across all platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support continuous process improvement.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer service.
Background in compliance, risk management, or quality assurance preferred.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Highly organized and attentive to details.
Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with CRM or data systems; Salesforce and/or NetSuite experience preferred.
