Responsibilities
Managing physical and electronic documentation in line with compliance processes
Supporting the TIC with configuration control and archiving responsibilities
Carrying out general administrative tasks such as minute taking, report generation, and travel bookings
Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders including the Royal Navy and Babcock departments
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn
Familiarity with documentation control or business management systems (training provided)
Standard Grade English and Maths Level 3 or equivalent
Security Clearance - The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
