Responsibilities
Develop cross-functional partnerships and actively manage stakeholder expectations
Deliver the right intelligence, at the right time to the right stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Distribution and Operations
Continuously scan market activity for new entrants, reinsurance deals, product & filing activity, operational trends and disruptors
Advise Product on innovative designs and identify differentiators across the MassMutual life insurance suite
Support product deployment by building competitive benchmarking and sales training content
Requirements
5+ years of experience in retail life insurance products
5+ years of working experience in a Marketing, Distribution, or Research position
3+ years of experience presenting to and collaborating with leadership at various levels
3+ years experience Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Co-Pilot)
3+ years experience with insurance illustration systems (e.g. winflex, iPipeline, Hexsure)
